A Brief Encounter With Knotted’s Legacy
Knotted began as a basic bakery, founded by GFFG’s Lee Jun-beom. However, because to the great popularity of their doughnuts, they decided to specialize even further. Their brand was transformed to embrace a one-of-a-kind American vintage cartoon concept that not only resonated with their broad customers but also went viral on social media platforms. Today, it’s difficult to ignore their mascot, SugarBear, who was created by the renowned artist Lee Sul-ro.
Across Seoul, Knotted boasts multiple outlets, with additional branches in Busan, Suwon, Jeju Island, and Daejeon. Some of these outlets, depending on their size, focus solely on doughnuts, leaving behind their bakery origins.
